Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion is specially formulated with a triple oat complex to relieve and protect itchy, extra dry skin. The formulation contains oat oil, which has a high level of natural antioxidants, including vitamin E to soothe the skin. Oat essence powerfully protects skin and helps restore its natural barrier, while oatmeal flour works to deeply moisturise skin and restore the normal pH of the skin. This fragrance free lotion can be used on all skin types and provides moisture for up to 24 hours.

Work Wonders.
This product is amazing. I bought this product in hopes that it would make the appearance of my dry skin better and it has! It is fast absorbing and although it says fragrance free, the smell it does have is pleasant and not over powering.
I like to use this product on my skin in the morning after a shower- it absorbs fast and leaves my skin soft. I also lather it on a bit more at nighttime before I go to sleep and wake up to hydrated, smooth looking skin.
As many others have mentioned, it is really good on sunburn- it soothes hot sunburn and helps recover peeling skin. As for the dry skin on my face it is not completely gone, but is not as noticeable.
Lather it on and use on warm skin after showering.
Dry skin or anyone wanting to hydrate their skin!

I don't get sunburnt often but my boyfriend does and I bought this for our trip last December because it claimed to have a cooling effect. It's true. He got sunburnt and said this really helped relieve his skin. For myself, I have very dry skin on my body and I often find myself scratching because my skin. The cooling action has definitely helped with the itchiness. I also love how this moisturiser leaves my skin feeling very supple. Will definitely be purchasing more of this!

I absolutely love this product. I have really pale and sensitive skin and when I go out in the sun for a period of time, I often find my self getting extremely sun burnt. I use this product so much for sunburn, it moisturises the sunburnt skin and if used regularly, prevents the skin from peeling. I also use it every morning, all over my arms and legs to keep the moisturised during he day, especially in summer as my skin is dry and sensitive

Winter Skin Savior!
I was getting very irritated dry skin in parts not long ago and nothing in my ever growing collection of body moisturisers was helping fix the growing itchiness.
I stumbled upon this in a half price rack at my local chemist and there was no way I couldn't pick it up and purchase.
It's a standard moisturiser consistency coming out of a big easy to dispense pump bottle.
Basically scent free and takes a little longer to absorb than some of my usual ones.
I found this product to be immediately soothing. Skin felt soft and moisturiser and stayed that way for two days.
I love that it contains natural ingredients as I hate applying more chemicals than necessary.
I think it's the soothing oats that make this effective.
I absolutely love this. One of my favorites and so reasonably priced!

Perfect for sensitive skin
If you have sensitive, or irritated skin than this product is an absolute saviour. I recently found out that I suffered from eczema (which explained the constant need to itch my entire body) and I had been struggling to find a lotion that I could use to keep my skin, particularly my legs, moisturised without irritating them. This was a god send. It quickly nourished my skin back to health, leaving them moisturised without residue and didn't irritate them at all. I now use it when I notice my skin is getting itchy and this quickly relieves irritation and I'm happily off into my day without needing to scratch.
It also isn't heavily scented while is another bonus for those with sensitive skin.
If you notice your skin is itchy or irritated, massage some of this lotion into your skin to relieve it. It provides almost immediate relief.
Sensitive skin. Those who suffer from eczema.

Great for super dry, sensitive, itchy skin!
This one is just as great as all the aveeno lotions. It soothes, nourishes and moisturises my skin when it's dry and itchy, and sometimes even red. My skin loves aveeno lotions (especially this one!) because of the oatmeal in it as oatmeal has natural anti-inflammatory properties, and soothes red, dry, irritated skin. This lotion has the same faint oatmeal scent as the original Aveeno lotion, and doesn't irritate me at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and definitely will repurchase!
Anyone with super dry, super irritated or itchy skin that occasionally goes red.

Good moisturiser
I have tried 3 of Aveeno's lotions (skin relief, stress relief and daily moisturising) and I find all of them effective in hydrating and improving the condition of my skin i.e it becomes less dry and scaly each day and has a nice glow to it.
This lotion doesn't have a scent to it which is fine by me and it absorbs quickly although it can feel sticky after application. No matter how little I apply, it might just be my skin! This is just a minor issue - I have finished up the entire bottle of all 3 because I know it's improving my skin.

Best Cure for Dry Skin
I have very dry skin and constantly looking for a good moisturizer. Many creams that claim to relieve dry skin conditions is useless on my skin. But Aveeno's Skin Relief moisturizer is amazing, it's a heavy duty moisturizer and it definitely helps to combat my dry skin.I use it as a body moisturizer and it has done wonders for my skin! My skin feels hydrated and soft, not itchy anymore on winter nights when I sleep.
I would recommend this to anyone that has a dry skin problem. It has a nice oaty smell when I put it on, the smell does not last long, just left me with soft and supplied skin.
I use it after my shower, I have noticed that even if I skip a day, my skin is till not dry.

A good winter buy
I get quite dry skin in winter and find I need to moisturise every day, otherwise my skin gets itchy. I was asked to try this product as part of beautyheaven's Trial Team and it couldn't have come at a better time. My dry hands and legs that have started going white with dryness absorbed this cream in an instant, soaking the formula right up. When I first started using the cream a couple of weeks ago I had to use it every day, but after a week I found I only needed to apply the product every 2 days for my skin to feel nourished, smooth and free from dryness. As I don't suffer from dry skin all year round, I won't purchase this product in the warmer months, but it will definitely be a considered winter purchase.
Apply a small amount as soon as you get out of the shower.

Wow! Thanks bh for letting my trial this :) I love how soothing it is on the skin, and how easily it absorbs.
My skin has a tendency of becoming quite dry and flaky in the cooler months so this is a definite necessity.

Very nourishing for the skin
Love! I use this on-top of my weekly tan and I've noticed that now it's cooler throughout the day, my skin was getting dry and my tan was suffering.
So, I started using this morning AND night and I can honestly say that this is the best moisturiser I have used in a looonnngg time.

Soft, silky and simply lovely.
I have been trialling Aveeno for over a month now and with the cooler weather here, it couldn't have come at a better time.
Aveeno has kept my skin soft and well moisturised. When I go out, I know that my skin looks it's best because of how silky smooth Aveeno keeps my skin. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this wonderful trial. I have already been recommending Aveeno to everyone I know ;)

Ideal for sensitive skin
I've suffered from sensitive and irritated skin my entire life. Dry patches, itchiness, welts - you name it, I've suffered through it. My skin is particularly itchy as the seasons change and the temperature gets colder (i.e. right now). After using this product every day for almost three weeks, I've noticed a significant difference. I lather it on my body after a shower, and my skin stays soft, hydrated and itch-free throughout the day. My favourite part about this product is the texture - it's super lightweight, and absorbs fast into the skin. In my experience, this is rare for a moisturiser formulated for dry/sensitive skin. I find they can often be super thick and greasy, and leave a slimy residue on the skin for hours after application. But not this one - yay! The pump pack also makes it super easy to use. This moisturiser will stay on my daily rotation and keep my skin supple throughout Winter.

Relieves dry, itchy skin
As the weather changes season, my skin tends to become drier and itchier so I need to keep it moisturised daily. I found the Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion really helpful in keeping my skin moisturised all day long and I did not get itchy skin once whilst using it! It was really easy to apply, it absorbed easily and left my skin feeling beautifully soft.
Lather it on as it absorbs quickly and easily.
Anyone with dry skin, and especially for those whose skin tends to itch when it dries out.

I've been using Aveeno moisturisers and body washes for a long time as they've proven to be great for my dry skin and psoriasis. After using this one for the past few days, I think I've found a new favourite. It's very light and easily absorbed, and my skin felt so moisturised, I didn't need to reapply throughout the day. Even my psoriasis was smoother and less dry than usual for a few hours. I also love how the moisturiser has no fragrance.

Made a huge difference
I have very pale, very sensitive and very dry skin. The cooler weather really effects the look of my skin and it gets even more dry through the change of seasons. I do not have a regular moisturising routine (I know I should!).
I was given the Aveeno skin relief moisturising lotion to trial and I must say I am very impressed. As I said, I don't usually moisturise regularly but I made a point to use this every day after my shower (as recommended). To start with, the lotion didn't have a scent which I loved and it didn't sting or irritate my sensitive skin.
Secondly, my skin soaked up the lotion quite quickly but stayed consistently hydrated throughout the day. This really surprised and impressed me. This didn't happen straight away, but rather after about a week of using the product.
I am going to try to continue to use this as it has really worked for me!

Great for dry skin
I have always had dry skin, especially on my legs. It's been particularly bad lately with the change in weather. My skin gets so dry that it is super flakey and cracked.
I've tried quite a few moisturisers and found that the highly fragranced ones gave me rashes and would sting my skin quite badly as it's quite sensitive.
I was given the Aveeno skin relief lotion to trial and I noticed a difference pretty much immediately. For the first few days I had to use it twice a day - once in the morning and once before bed - as it absorbed into my skin quite quickly and my legs especially were quite dry again by the end of the day. After a few days though I found that my skin stayed soft and moisturised for the full day and I only had to apply the lotion once.
After 2 weeks of using this product I have seen a noticeable change in the look and feel of my skin. The cracks have reduced and my skin feels soft rather than rough and flakey. A big bonus is that the lotion doesn't sting my skin and hasn't irritated it at all. I love that it is fragrance free and perfect for my sensitive skin.
Use twice a day for the first few days.
Super dry, sensitive skin.

Fast-absorbing, ultra-soothing moisturiser.
I really like this super gentle moisturiser that eases ultra dry skin on the body. Not only are its effects long-lasting (thank goodness, considering how dry my skin gets in winter), but absorb rather quickly so that you can get changed into your clothes straight away.
The product does smell a little clinical at present so my only suggestion is to try and mask its smell a little more.
Those who suffer from very dry, sensitive skin. The fragrance-free formula mixed with oats is great for those with skin conditions and helps to prevent any itchiness.
